Sometimes, factors like traffic, supplier delays, or emergencies can cause schedule shifts-if that occurs, we’ll let you know straight away.

4. Payments

Payment is due once the job’s complete, unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.
We accept all standard payment methods - details will be shared when you book.
If payments are late, there might be a small interest charge (as allowed by law).

We like to keep things transparent and fair - no hidden extras.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
Same-day cancellations might include a small call-out fee.
If we ever require to reschedule (for example, due to an emergency), we’ll reschedule the visit to the earliest time that works for you.
